POLE VAULT CLINICS
Come vault and learn with Northern State Vaulters. This will be an open format where you get one hour vault and discuss with current Northern Vaulters. We carry a large assortment of poles above 13’.

What to bring:
- Your own poles under 13’
- Running shoes
- Spikes
- Sweatpants (for floor slides)
- Gloves to protect hand from blisters (baseball or football gloves work great)
- Water
- Notebook or use your phone for notes
